Pete Lamson

Chief Executive Officer

Pete Lamson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Employ Inc.. He is responsible for strategic direction across the JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing brands, aggregate performance of Employ, and day-to-day business operations. Pete is a results-oriented executive with more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience and a metrics-driven approach to accelerated revenue. He previously served as CEO of JazzHR, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Middlebury College. 

Kirsten Helvey

Kirsten Helvey

President & General Manager

Kirsten Helvey is the President & General Manager of Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand. In her role, she oversees growth acceleration, manages all functional areas, and delights customers across the lifecycle. Kirsten also serves as a member of the Employ Executive Leadership Team. She brings the combination of deep HCM experience and a strategic focus on customer success as a business driver. Kirsten spent more than 15 years at Cornerstone OnDemand, serving as Chief Operating Officer for three years, prior to joining Jobvite. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Skidmore College.

Corey Berkey

Senior Vice President, People & Talent

Corey Berkey serves as Senior Vice President, People & Talent, at Employ Inc. In his role, he serves the JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing RPO teams, overseeing people-focused initiatives and talent acquisition efforts. Corey also manages engagement programs to keep employees connected and focused on driving business results. He is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional with deep domain expertise that spans SMB to enterprise organizations. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Allie Kelly

Chief Marketing Officer

Allie Kelly serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Employ Inc., where she oversees the shared services marketing organization for the JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite, and NXTThing brands. As a customer-centric marketing leader with core strengths in transformational change and growth-stage leadership, Allie has spent the last 19 years driving scalable, sustainable growth for B2B and B2C companies Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of JazzHR. Allie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Chris Le Breton

Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Chris Le Breton serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Employ Inc. In his role, he oversees critical company and partner-focused initiatives, including a comprehensive network of strategic, technology, and channel partners, to strengthen talent acquisition effectiveness and maturity from end to end.  Previously, Chris founded and was CEO of RolePoint, a talent acquisition platform focused on internal mobility and employee referral solutions. He graduated from University College London.

Ashley Emery

Senior Vice President, Demand Generation

Ashley Emery serves as the Senior Vice President of Demand Generation at Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand, leading performance and growth marketing initiatives to scale the business and drive business revenue. Ashley specializes in building and scaling B2B tech marketing organizations, with expertise in demand generation in both established enterprise organizations and scaling start-ups. Prior to joining Jobvite, she held leadership roles in the global marketing organization within Amazon Web Services. Ashley holds an Executive MBA from Washington State University.

Amy Hughes

Senior Vice President, Customers

Amy Hughes serves as the Senior Vice President of Customers at Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand. She has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment marketing and talent acquisition, supporting companies across multiple industries and helping them achieve their recruiting and hiring goals. Amy works with organizations to develop recruitment marketing strategies, improve their candidate experience, and optimize talent technology, driving results and ensuring they make hiring more predictable in their business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green University.

Zach Linder

Senior Vice President, Operations

Zach Linder serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand, overseeing operational functions for development, implementation, and support. His data-driven approach to drive operational outcomes ensures repeatable, predictable outcomes. Zach joined Jobvite during the acquisition of Canvas, the first text-based intelligent interviewing system. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a business degree from Ball State University.

Dwaine Maltais

Senior Vice President, Product & Strategy

Dwaine Maltais serves as Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy at Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand, where he leads product strategy for Jobvite’s Evolve Talent Acquisition Suite. Dwaine joined Jobvite in 2020 by acquisition of Talentegy, a company he co-founded and led. With deep expertise in talent acquisition and talent management, HR, and cloud-based software and services, he has been at the forefront of product innovation, serving in multiple executive roles during his career. Dwaine holds a degree in English from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Pete Sanidas

Senior Vice President, Sales

Pete Sanidas serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at Jobvite, an Employ Inc. brand, where he oversees leadership of sales and account management, and brings a smart, solution-oriented approach in driving the revenue function. Pete has spent nearly 20 years supporting enterprise organizations in attracting and hiring the best talent, creating the blueprint to advance recruiting practices with the Evolve Talent Acquisition Framework. Prior to his current role, he served in enterprise sales leadership roles at Talemetry and Monster. He holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
